Miffed!

I thought he'd be mad.
I hadn't meant to ignore him...
I hadn't meant for others to take my time away....

It had been months! I've just been so busy. I really, really had just forgotten about the joy, the happiness from our relationship. BUT.......

I'm back...
I cleared off my desk...
My Oscar, he's just so handsome.

This weekend we reconnected. I wanted to make a present for a friends grandchildren. Through facebook i had connected with an old high school friend. And a couple of weeks ago, her daughters house burned down and everything was lost. But to make matters worse...she was just days away from giving birth to her second child. Thank you GOD, everyone is ok.

So i whipped up a couple of birth clothes, bibs and pillow. Then decided to make the same for "big" sis. So i got a new baby doll and made her a blanket, bib and burb cloth. Hope they enjoy!

And as for Oscar...we'll meet again soon ;) xoxoxo

  4. They turned out beautifully! It's good that Oscar doesn't hold a grudge and was willing to work with you on this project.

I love the fabric choices and think the big sis present is a wonderful idea. I'm sure it will all be a comfort to this family who has been through so much.
